Hey, I'm Kay!
I'm the proud owner of Happily Baked Cookie Co and also happen to be a primary school trained teacher.
I have been making cookies for the last 6 years and I have learnt a lot since then. What started as a simple hobby during lockdown, has now turned into a beautiful side hustle, making and selling a range of cookies to the public. This journey all began with a simple cookie class in South Africa and I am thrilled to have the ability to pass on the knowledge I have learnt over the years to you!
Combining my passion for teaching with my second passion of cookie decorating, we bring you cookie decorating classes; teaching you the basics of cookie decorating in a fun environment.
Whether you're looking for a new hobby, a fun girl's catch-up sesh, a way to meet new people with similar interests, or just wanting to try something new; come try out a cookie decorating class!

A special Mother's Day cookie class which has been altered to accommodate for kids. It's the perfect setting to make beautiful memories with loved ones while taking our the stress (and mess) of baking at home. The class takes around 1 hour to decorate 3 cookies.
